Most works made of nature material is only shipped with personal artist delivery to Denmark, because of the circumstantial packaging it would require to send it worldwide.
All packages are carefully packed and sent from Denmark with tracking number.
If your package does not arrive or you get impatient, please contact me.

I cannot be held responsible for any local taxes, import duties or additional fees by your local custom offices. Please check the laws of your area before purchasing; additional fees are held by the customer.

RETURN / REFUND
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The costumer covers the shippingcost of the return. The risk of the package is held by the costumer until the package is received by Christina Christensen.
To start a return, you can contact me at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your local taxes, import duties or additional fees are solely your responsibility and cannot be used as cause of return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Commissioned or custom work cannot be returned.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
