Experimentations for the Steinbeisser event in 2022. An experimental and artistic gourmet event in Amsterdam.

How can functional table pieces also work as a sculpture – or could they be integrated in our daily lifestyle for other purposes? How can bread bags and textile art function beyond the dinner event or as a sculpture?
The project is an exploration of these multifaceted functionalities while keeping an eye at the aesthetic and visual values.

Materials: Secondhand linen and cotton, recycled rope and brass.
Tools: Small handloom and an old Lervad loom.
